The City Council has announced that the sectors B, C and Performance Unit 2, the industrial area of Calasparra, are already prepared for the start of trading.

In total, between the three sectors of the new industrial development area of Calasparra, total 265.00 m2 gross, equivalent to 180,000 m2 of industrial plots, of which the City has an important part.

The total surface that can give up to at least one hundred companies to install, since the minimum plot size is 1,000 m2, but there is the possibility of grouping.

As for prices, Jesus Navarro has said that it will encourage companies that want to install, depending on the number of workers they hire, with prices per square meter, which can range from 30 to 50 euros.

Unbeatable prices, as has been noted by the mayor, who added that several companies have already made some ground in the new sector, namely the City has sold 5 parcels Calasparra so many entrepreneurs and by private individuals, 4,000 meters have been sold to a lighting company in Barcelona.
