The director general of Local Government, Javier Iniesta, today presented the Mayor of Calasparra, Jesus Navarro, two new motorcycles for the local police of the municipality, for the acquisition of the Presidency and the government has subsidized the Consistory to 13,920 euros.

These motorcycles are added to the squad car and delivered to the City of Calasparra and ten officers of the Public Safety Unit with which the municipality has incorporated into a template which now numbers 28 policemen.

Iniesta said in the act of delivering vehicles that all these measures "are part of Citizen Security Plan of the Autonomous Community, launched in 2006, reflecting an effort to equip and train local police in the Region the objective of providing quality service to citizens. "
