The regional government has approved to allocate a budget of EUR 2,627,594 for the procurement of construction of 16 public housing in the town of Calasparra, which contribute to urban renewal in the neighborhood of San Pedro in the municipality.
This action by the Ministry of Public Works and Planning will promote the regeneration of urban space environment of the Church of San Pedro and the Museum of the Commandery.
New homes, which provide parking and storage will be located on a plot of 1,357 square meters on the street Cantarería.
In addition, it will restore the family home called Piñero for providing new public facilities.
The award of the work is performed by open, and the deadline for the execution of the works is 20 months.
In the first phase of the renovation project of the environment, the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia built 14 houses of public and carried out the creation of a public space behind the Museum of the Commandery.
