The Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration has expanded into 39 the number of residential places for elderly care in the towns of Lorca Murcia, Calasparra and Rincon de Seca, investing in it something more than a million euros.
This increase in residential services, ratified Friday by the Governing Council, is a significant increase in the number of places that the Department has agreements with the Residence Virgen de la Esperanza in Calasparra, a hospice San Diego de Lorca, and Care Center Senior Missionary Sisters of the Holy Family, in the hamlet of Rincon de Seca Murcia.
In Calasparra, Residencia Virgen de la Esperanza will have more agreements with eight seats from 45 to 53, the agreement signed between the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration and the City.
To carry out this expansion has made an investment of 210,663 euros.
With regard to the municipality of Lorca, a hospice in San Diego have ten squares, thus reaching a total of 47, following an agreement between the Ministry and the Foundation manages the center.
The commissioning of these new jobs is an investment of 263,329 euros.
Finally, the Center for Senior Care Mission of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Rincon de Seca will feature a total of 51 seats, 21 more than the existing so far, which represents an investment of more than half a million euros by the Ministry.
