The contest is organized by the Information Office of the European Parliament in Spain, in collaboration with the Secretariat of State for the European Union (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation), and is aimed at young people between 15 and 18 years studying Secondary Education (ESO), high school or vocational training courses Intermediate in Spanish schools.
