The youth of the parish of San Francisco Javier de Los Barreros (Cartagena) began this morning a walking pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Hope Calasparra.

The group of 60 young people, accompanied by several adults, began the march on foot from Alguazas Sunday to reach the Marian shrine.

The pilgrimage, which will travel about 80 miles, turn to night in the parish hall of the municipalities of Murcia, Cieza and Calasparra before

Sunday traveling more than 200 people of the parish to join the group of pilgrims and enjoy a day together ending with the celebration of the Eucharist at 18:00 pm in the Sanctuary of the Virgen de la Esperanza.
