The Director General of Planning and Housing states that have already received 40 applications from the municipality, belonging to the first phase of ARI

The Community and the City of Calasparra studied this week Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area (ARI) of neighborhoods of the municipality during a meeting between the Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, and the local mayor, Jesús Navarro.

The Calasparra Rehabilitation Area is divided into three phases, but during the meeting was addressed, namely the first, comprising an area of ​​60 homes.

Yolanda Muñoz said that "the meeting focused on clarifying the City had doubts about the handling of more than 40 applications that currently has registered the Directorate General of Land and Housing."

The ARI is a rehabilitation administrative figure included in the Housing Plan 2009-2013 aimed at neighborhoods in need of action, which aims to renovate the buildings and surroundings of singularity, to preserve the regional real estate.

The Director General of Planning and Housing stated that "currently the Ministry of Public Works and Planning is working on a comprehensive rehabilitation ten areas in the Region of Murcia, with a forecast of 975 susceptible to rehabilitate homes."
