PSOE and IU-green "united against the Catholic Church," the PP (10/06/2012)

The Socialist Party and United Left Greens presented at the next full City to be held on June 11 at City Hall to demand Calasparra motions paths that the Catholic Church pay their local property tax.

The motion asks the Socialist Party, which is a census town in rural and urban properties that are registered in the name of the Catholic Church and other faiths in order to proceed with the subsequent update of the Register of Real Estate and to turn the IBI to all real property for those goods is not linked to the cult.

Also requested to urge the Government of Spain to submit an Act of Conscience and Religious to determine changes, among others, the Local Finance Law, the Law on Foundations and Patronage and a review of the agreements the Kingdom of Spain with the Holy See in force since 1979.

Finally to refer to the Congress of Deputies and the Government of Spain to these agreements.

Meanwhile, the United Left Green asked that the City of Calasparra request the Government of Spain to review the agreement with the Holy See on Economic Affairs, 1979 with respect to IBI Catholic Church and other faiths, as well as organizers and religious schools.

Claim is made a census in the city of Calasparra of rural and urban properties that are counted and registered in the name of the Catholic Church and other faiths, as well as institutions and related associations.

Demand analysis and study all required tax benefits in local taxes in order to determine its future viability and in any case be adapted to current reality since many of them were regulated more than two decades with a social and economic situation very uneven to that in the present.

Requires urging the Parliament to make appropriate modifications to the Local Finance Law, the Law of Patronage and foundations and other local and regional state and to avoid unwarranted exemptions from property tax and other taxes to the Catholic Church and other legal entities.

Also request to be removed from the rate reduction factor of urban solid waste collection, that the City of Calasparra applies to the Catholic Church.

And they are so hot dogs!

We are not surprised by the fact that these parties who claim to be supportive, egalitarian and be close to the weakest act in the most vile, discriminatory and sectarian.

Posts to be asked to pay, but pay all ... why not say anything about the local property of political parties, their foundations, the unions, UGT and CCOO preferably, to which we all know that they were given more than five hundred property only in the Transition?, why exempt NGOs, ONCE, the Red Cross, the sports federations, to all organizations and foundations under Law of Patronage?

No, they care to pay more than anyone the Catholic Church is like the work you do, not only are unable to recognize the moral and social wealth of the Church, but also appreciate the great effort being made by Manos Unidas, Caritas, etc..

for many of our fellow citizens who have lost their jobs and without state protection, thanks to the disastrous policies of socialist governments, have a piece of bread to put in their mouth.

How many are dressing and eating because of these organizations?

How many are receiving aid even to pay for rental housing?

If your tax collection effort these parties believe it would be a good measure that the Catholic Church pay their local property tax accounting for 4.9% of premises exempt in Spain, just as would be required to pay the 95'1% remaining.

Obviously, on the other hand, if we demand that the Catholic Church to pay property tax, subtract that money to aid through humanitarian organizations are providing to our citizens.

We believe these actions intended to bring the parties called Spanish left, far from solving a problem in the battered economy of our towns and cities, all that is going to get back to face the Spanish, create tension in our relationships , to mislead public opinion and make waste our time and energy on lost causes.

And it is clear that in the absence of ideas, projects, etc. workable solutions.

to get us out of the crisis as soon as possible, these parties are led by the most antiquated ideology and radical anticlerical sectarianism.
