According to sources in the Department of Police and Public Safety of the City of Calasparra, the detainee is a man of Spanish nationality, 42 years old and resident of the town.
The arrest took place late on Saturday in a central street of the population.
Local police officers intercepted at a checkpoint established to effect the now stopped, the registry practiced interviniéndole cash and 11 packages that are commonly used for retail COCAINE, contending within 50 doses of the substance in question lists for sale and distribution.
The person arrested on suspicion of a crime against public health, drug possession for trafficking, has been made available to the Police Court of Caravaca de la Cruz.
This arrest, along with those practiced in recent months, is part of the Plan to control and eradicate drug traffic at retail, leisure areas and near school zones being done by the local police.
