AGAINST MUNICIPAL PLAN FEATURES Truancy

The overall objective of the Municipal Plan against truancy Calasparra is to reduce truancy in the early stages of compulsory education, and establish channels of communication and collaboration between all the agencies involved.

Similarly, we will work to achieve full enrollment of children in the Second Cycle of Primary Education (remembering that is defined in the Education Act as "voluntary and free") due to its great importance in further learning people.

It has been shown that children who have absentee behavior at these ages, continue to provide, in general, the stages of compulsory schooling.

The legislative framework in that field, allows to define the tasks of the agents involved in its development, prevention measures to be implemented and the protocol for both schools, and from the Department of Social Services, Education and Citizen Security.

The local truancy Commission to be formed in the coming months, has a wide representation and citizenship education, which will allow agreed actions from the commitment of its members and perform the work towards achieving the targets set in the Plan.

Acknowledge the participation of all groups and citizens education mentioned above.
