Local Police officers have engaged in detention of two local youths, including one minor, 17 years, and the other 24.

The Councillor for Citizen Security, Jose Velez has warned of the dangers of this new drug that can cause an irreversible coma and even death.
Velez has recommended extra care to avoid such situations, the victim left fully exposed, in addition to the serious injuries that the drug can cause.
