The acquisition and refurbishment of premises for offices of municipal services would be included where a new space for the local police with a budget of 247,800 euros.
The construction of a municipal auditorium, with an initial budget of 1,750,000 euros, for project and project starts, because the total budget of nearly 5 million euros.
The construction of a sports court, with a budget of 146,000 euros, which may be located in the neighborhood of Santos, the only one for now, has no sports facilities.

The region includes three Area Plans (North West, Ricote Valley and Central), derived from the Sustainable Rural Development Programme, which will be financed from MARM (Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs) from 14.93 million euros, the Murcia providing the same amount.

The plan has a term of four years and first performances will start during 2012.
