The town hosts next weekend II Flower Festival and Competition II Florals Streets, Squares, corners and balconies.
The event, organized by the City Council, aims to involve every citizen in the ornamentation of the streets and squares of the town with the arrival of the patron saint of Calasparra, scheduled for May 1.
The Flower Festival will be installed on Friday and Saturday morning in the Plaza of the slide and will involve various groups in the locality.
As for the Flower Arranging Contest II, citizens and informed participants can register until April 30 at the Office of Tourism.
The awards are:
1 GRAND PRIZE: 300 € 2 PRIZE: 200 € 3 PRIZE: 100 €
The cash prizes will be targeted but the ornamentation of these streets, squares and corners or balconies.
The winning entries will be on Tuesday May 3 at 13:00 pm at City Hall.
