Martínez González and the President of the Partido Popular de Calasparra, Jesus Martinez, held on the evening of January 31, a meeting with a group of employees assigned to the agricultural system of Social Security.
The group was formed by a group of women and men of Calasparra, currently unemployed and have been part of the County Councils on Employment, which has allowed them to work, at least two months a year, under headings that National Government and the Autonomous Region have been allocated for this purpose.
Workers have expressed their displeasure at being left out last year 2010 program, a situation that had not been submitted since 1991, when these systems began hiring.
And they argued to have the same right to work than those who had taken part in these programs.
On the other hand, expressed their anger because they felt it was unfair to have fallen out when the work could be divided among all, even though the duration of the contracts would have been lower.
Ginés Martinez pledged to review the scoring method that governs the selection committee, for the sake of a more equitable and fairer, and change the dates of selection, if possible, take into account the incompatibility, for a worker has two or more contracts in a year and others, none, in addition to analyzing family responsibilities and respect the preference for those who have not worked in previous programs to those that have worked.
Jesus Martinez expressed his solidarity with all the attendees and expressed his desire to intervene with the City of Calasparra in what he has responsibility as possible to alleviate the inequalities that may have place in recruitment.
In addition to providing local support and the Popular Party headquarters for what may be required.
