The spokespersons of the parliamentary groups and mixed popular Regional Assembly of Murcia have been brought before the full chamber for debate and approval, a vote AGAINST RIVER DUCTING SAFE.
Real Investment Annex General State Budget for 2011 envisages a total of 282,000,000 heading euros for the project "Water Supply System from the reservoir of the Commonwealth Cenajo Taibilla Channel"
Parliamentarians from Murcia, Juan Carlos Ruiz, the Popular Party, and José Antonio Pujante, consider that the budget is the last link of the processing required for that work can begin immediately materially.
The motion consists of four points:
On the first point deletion is requested budget the amount allocated to the project "Water supply system from the reservoir of the Commonwealth Cenajo Taibilla Channel."
Regional Assembly in the second point expresses his opposition to the project, due to economic loss, social and environmental that would bring to our region.
In the third point asks the Governing Council to urge the Ministry of Rural and Marine Environment and the Segura River Basin Authority to carry out the study of alternatives to improve water quality without harming the environment of the River Segura.
MPs do not forget the municipalities of Yecla and Jumilla and the fourth point, the Regional Assembly expresses its support and urges the Governing Council to sue the Ministry of Rural and Marine Environment solutions to the needs of water supply these stocks, always with respect to the ecosystem of the River Segura.
