The mayor of Calasparra, José Vélez Fernández, held a meeting on Wednesday with the Minister of Health, Manuel Villegas, and the Director General of Public Health and Addictions, José Carlos Vicente.

The first mayor has transferred to both the need to provide the health center of Calasparra with a Primary Care Emergency Service (SUAP), which can offer full assistance to the residents of the municipality.

José Vélez has also requested the extension of the staff that attends the emergency service of this center.
