The City Council of Calasparra has called for a Wednesday 5-minute concentration at 12 noon in the Plaza de la Corredera in support of the demonstration in defense of the garden that is held on the same day in Madrid.
The objective, as announced by the Consistory, will be that those residents and municipal employees who so wish can, in this way, show their support for the claim of the irrigators and join the protest in Madrid from Calasparra.
The City Council announced, a few days ago, its intention to join the demonstration organized by the Círculo del Agua, for which the mayor has already confirmed its presence in it.
From the municipality, about 600 people, as confirmed by the Community of Regantes del Tajo-Segura, Calasparra-Cieza area, will march on Wednesday to Madrid.
