| Also aid for housing and student transport | The Mayor of Calasparra, Teresa García, the Councilor for the Treasury, Antonio Merino and the Councilor for Youth, Juan José López today presented a line of aid for the self-employed and local SMEs that have been affected by the health crisis of COVID-19 , housing aid and student transport aid.DIRECT HELP- 500 euros, for freelancers and / or companies with more than 5 workers.- 400 euros, for freelancers and / or companies with 4 or fewer workers.The purpose of this initiative is to regulate the granting of a line of aid to reduce the impact of economic damage on businesses of entrepreneurs and the self-employed, having been affected as a result of the declaration of a state of alarm for the management of COVID -19, either due to temporary closure or due to an obvious reduction in its activity.They will be compatible with any other subsidy, aid, income or resource from other Administrations or entities, public or private, regional, national, the European Union or international organizations, as long as the total amount of the aid received does not exceed economic losses arising from COVID-19.In addition, a line of housing aid has been presented from which pensioners can benefit, people who are unemployed for more than 6 months from the date of application for the aid, or in the case of a family unit that does not have sufficient financial resources, large families and those affected by ERTE.DIRECT HELP- 150 euros per family unitThe first councilor has communicated the continuity of aid to transport for students who study outside the town.DIRECT HELP- 120 euros per studentAll aid can be requested from next MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9 at the Casa de la Juventud Youth Space by requesting an appointment in advance by calling 968 745 162.BASES www.calasparra.org and on the notice board of the City Council.
