Teresa García, Mayor of Calasparra and Antonio Merino, Councilor for the Treasury have presented the municipal budgets for fiscal year 2021 that are configured as the forecast of expenses and the estimate of the expected income to cover said expenses."These are budgets that seek efficiency and effectiveness in municipal management.
They also reflect the commitment to budget stability, financial sustainability and the limit of non-financial expenditure of the local administration.

The budget that will go through the extraordinary information commission of the Treasury, will be raised in plenary session for debate and initial approval next Tuesday, November 10.In addition, the Councilor for Finance stressed that "the budget for the year 2021 is characterized by the increase in social aid to alleviate as far as possible the consequences of the serious economic situation faced by families, businesses, the self-employed, SMEs, etc., fruit of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is also defined by the increase in investments, transparency, lower level of indebtedness, balance of accounts, as well as the provision of subsidies to a greater number of groups in Calasparra.
" The budgets will be available on the notice board from the extraordinary plenary session on November 10.
