Each center is represented individually on a map showing the streets that will be closed to traffic, intended exclusively for pedestrian use, during the hours of entry (08:45 to 09:15) and exit from the centers (1:45 p.m.) at 14:10 h.).To the benefits of walking to the school that we already knew, such as improving the urban environment, enhancing family and community relationships, and preventing obesity, is added the need to avoid crowds in this health crisis that we are experiencing. The campaign also has an informative video aimed at kindergarten and primary school students in which the Police Tutor, Sergio Ortega, explains to the little ones why this measure has been taken and encourages them to implement it.From the City Council we call on all parents to join the campaign, avoiding crowds at the entrances and vicinity of educational centers, to ensure that this return to school is safer together.
