The Government delegate stressed the proximity to citizens of the benefits of the INSS
Murcia, March 31, 2010 .- The Government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, indicated during the course of the signing of the agreement by renewing the partnership between the INSS and the town of Calasparra, signed by the director of that body, Francisco Sanchez, and the mayor of the municipality, Jesus Navarro, with the aim of providing greater accessibility to the services offered by the INSS, the Government of Spain is closer to the citizens the benefits of National Safety Institute Social and central government.
González Tovar explained that with this collaboration agreement, Calasparra neighbors are closer to the services offered by the National Institute of Social Security and no longer need to travel to Murcia and Caravaca de la Cruz to accelerate and process applications of any provision of the INSS.
Also pointed out that the signing of this agreement Calasparra are 12 municipalities in the region that offer services in different municipalities INSS.
The other nine are Abarán, Bullas, Moratalla, San Javier, Beniel, La Union, Los Alcazares, Eagles, Ceuta, Fuente Alamo, Torre Pacheco.

In the field of information dissemination and outreach activities, the INSS and the town of Calasparra help organize informative talks on various topics related to social protection, aimed at both municipal employees, as recipients of benefits and the general population .
With regard to the municipal office of care and information, the National Institute of Social Security staff will provide the same a hotline, where you can request an overview of the issues that are of interest to citizens of scope.
To this is added, the INNS inform the municipal staff of the Office of the status of the files kept by that agency on the information so requested by the persons concerned, with speed and shortening deadlines in administrative proceedings.
Also, be made available to the Town Council Office of Calasparra publications and brochures to edit the INSS.
Simplification of administrative procedures and Monitoring Committee
In social projects developed by the City of Calasparra which recipients must prove their status as a pensioner or the amount of his pension, the City may refer to Service and Information Center of Social Security (CAISS) of Caravaca de la Cruz, a relationship with the personal details of applicants and the INSS forwarded to City Council, as soon as possible, an individual certification of each of the applicants.
It also will form a monitoring committee comprising two representatives of the signatory institutions in order to monitor the quality of services and benefits offered to the public.
