Calasparra Mayor yesterday was appearing before the media, with the president of Red Cross Calasparra and local civil protection coordinator, to account for the assistance and cooperation that the municipality has been paid to Lorca.
According to Jesus Navarro, Calasparra has shown an exemplary and solidarity to be brought together in record time, about 15,000 kilos of food were delivered in Lorca.
Navarro thanked the gesture of solidarity to all who had helped by providing food and essential items last Friday, and the staff of the Brotherhood of the Holy Martyrs, Red Cross, Civil Protection and the City Council, responsible for the collection.
