The City Council of Calasparra will conduct a public consultation in the coming days to decide on the pedestrianization of the Plaza de la Corredera and beginning of the Primero de Mayo avenue.

The consultation, as explained today by the mayor of Calasparra, José Vélez, and the mayor of Participación Ciudadana, Ricardo García, will take place from November 3 and until 2:00 pm on November 9, on- line, and in person on Friday, November 10, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

For the first case, citizens must download the mobile application "The citizen mailbox" of APPQUO, available in the Appstore or Google Play.

For in-person voting, two ballot boxes will be placed in the Plaza de la Corredera, and it will be mandatory to show an identity document (DNI, passport or valid residence card).

In the voting may participate people over 16 years registered in the municipality of Calasparra.

Both the mayor of the municipality, as the mayor of Citizen Participation, have called for the participation of citizens in the consultation, the second that takes place during the current term.
