The Civil Guard recovers a real owl injured by electric shock (04/03/2016)

The Civil Guard of Murcia, in collaboration with local police and residents of the town of Calasparra, has recovered an eagle owl who was badly injured in a farm after suffering allegedly electric shock.

The action began when the Civil Guard, thanks to the cooperation of citizens, was alerted to the discovery of a bird of prey in the Glen of Cieza place, located in the municipality of Cieza.

The announcement came from several farmers who had located a wounded animal that, at first, they Ansar.
