Starting next Monday, THE AGENTS WILL REINFORCE THE AREAS WHERE THE NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ORDINANCES HAS BEEN DETECTED AND THEY WILL ALSO HAVE THE HELP OF MOBILE CAMERAS LOCATED IN THE MOST CONFLICTIVE AREAS.
As the Mayor of the municipality D. José Vélez Fernández already advanced, a few days ago, the Local Police agents will start from Monday the Campaign for surveillance and control of cleaning of public spaces, and their task will be to ensure compliance with the Municipal Ordinances in matters related to cleaning, in order to preserve the good condition and cleanliness of the streets of the town.
The agents will be in charge of detecting in situ the existence of cartons and garbage bags that are outside the containers, that of debris and dog droppings on the sidewalks, finding out where the dirt comes from and who could have generated it, and for this they will count with the help of mobile cameras placed in the most conflictive places, which will be displaced according to the needs of the entire population.
The Mayor also announced that the procedures for the transfer of a radar vehicle have already begun, to control speeding in the streets of the town, which is intended to prevent accidents and the run-over of a pedestrian, making the streets of the Safer municipality.
