The International Women's Day program, organized by the Department of Equality, says goodbye in Calasparra remembering the women who were part of the generation of 26 by the Cultural Association Jacarilla 2012 and the theater group "Women for Women."
The literary meeting took place this Sunday at the Municipal Auditorium and featured the presentation of the publication, a dramatization of the Women of the 26th and the exhibition WOMEN OF THE FEMALE LYCEUM CLUB, which could be seen in the Auditorium hall and with which the great cultural contribution of these women who were unjustly forgotten became visible.
The act was attended by the mayor of Equality, Mari Carmen López Alba, and the mayor of Culture, Teresa García.
