On December 5, agents of the Local Police and Civil Guard of Calasparra, together practiced a detention, in relation to the latest robberies perpetrated in various rural areas of the population.
In light of these events, the citizen security operation dedicated to the surveillance of rural areas was reinforced, giving rise to the aforementioned arrest, although the operation is still open and new arrests are not ruled out.
According to sources of the Department of Police and Citizen Security of the City of Calasparra, the detainee is a man who responds to the initials, JLMF, 26 years old neighbor of the town, which has been charged with a crime of theft with force in the things, recovering, on the part of the agents, numerous objects, presumably, stolen, that are already being returned to their owners.
Regarding the "modus operandi", the alleged perpetrator, accessed uninhabited country houses forcing the lock on the main door of the same using professional tools.
It is worth noting the importance of citizen collaboration to support the citizen security mechanisms that are established throughout the municipality for the prevention of thefts, due to the large extent affected by them.
The detainee as alleged perpetrator of an offense against property and the proceedings carried out, have been placed at the disposal of the Court of Guard of Caravaca de la Cruz.
